SuperintendentÕs Recommendation: That the Board of Education accept the report of the Inspectors of the Election certifying the results of the budget vote held on May 19, 2009, as follows:

7. Resignation of School Board Member
SuperintendentÕs Recommendation: That the Board of Education accept the letter of resignation of Brian McCann, School Board Member, effective June 8, 2009, with appreciation for his service to the district.
8. Resolution: Acquisition of School Buses
SuperintendentÕs Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the Resolution, dated June 8, 2009, authorizing the acquisition of school buses and the issuance of serial bonds, as submitted.
9. Resolution: Capital Improvements for the Scotia-Glenville Central School District
SuperintendentÕs Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the Resolution, dated June 8, 2009, authorizing various capital improvements for the Scotia-Glenville Central School District and the issuance of serial bonds, as submitted.
10. Proposed Senior High School Student Club
SuperintendentÕs Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the following new organization for Senior High School student participation:

11. Advanced Therapy: Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy Services
SuperintendentÕs Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the Agreement for Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy services with Advanced Therapy for the 2008-2009 summer school session, as submitted.
