Special Meeting of the Board of Education of the Scotia-Glenville Central
School District was held in the Library Media Center of Sacandaga School in
said district on June 20, 2005.

Executive Session
MOVED by Carbone that the Board adjourn to Executive
Session for the purpose of specific personnel matters,
including the receipt of confidential feedback from School/Community Teams
involved in the Superintendent
Search process.
The Board will return to Open Session immediately
following Executive Session.

Marvin and Company - Auditing Services

June 30, 2009. (This contract is

Annual Fire Inspection
Report
MOVED BY Bradley that the Board of Education accept
the Annual Fire Inspection Reports and approve corrections for fire safety
violations, as submitted. (This report is contained as Appendix B to these

classroom rental and ancillary services agreement with the Capital Region BOCES
for 2005-2006 (for lease of seven classrooms and Distance Learning classrooms),

Appendix C to these minutes).
