Special Meeting of the Board of Education of the Scotia-Glenville Central
School District was held in the Board Room at The District Office in said
district on August 12, 2004.
President
of the Board of Education Margaret Smith called the meeting to order at 7:00
p.m.
Present: Ahnert, Bradley, Carbone, Carpenter, Conlon, Crisafulli, Smith, Superintendent Marcelle and Business Administrator Nolie

MOVED by Conlon that the
Board of Education approve the following item under Staffing:
a.
Staffing
1) The
probationary appointment of Mary Lou Durant as Executive Secretary I (Senior
High School, Main Office) effective August 30, 2004, with 2004-2005 annual
salary to be at the annual rate of $24,960.00.

MOTION CARRIED
MOVED by Carbone that the
Board of Education adjourn into Executive Session to discuss matters of
personnel and/or negotiations.

MOTION CARRIED
The Board of Education adjourned to Executive Session
at 7:03 p.m. and returned to Open Session at 8:38 p.m.
MOVED by Ahnert that the meeting be adjourned.
