Special Meeting Minutes

A Special Meeting of the Board of Education of the Scotia-Glenville Central School District was held in the Board Room of the District Office in said district on April 30, 2007.

President of the Board of Education Margaret Smith called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Present: Smith, Ahnert, Carbone, Conlon, Normington, Yagielski

Others Present: Superintendent Swartz, Director of Curriculum and Instruction Kavanaugh, School District Attorney Margaret Huff

Absent: Crisafulli, Business Administrator Nolie

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

MOVED by Conlon that the Board of Education adjourn to Executive Session.

ROLL CALL

Ayes: 6

Noes: 0

MOTION CARRIED

The Board of Education adjourned to Executive Session at 5:30 p.m. and moved back to Open Session at 9:35 p.m.

MOVED by Yagielski that the meeting be adjourned.
